Overview
Editorial opinionThe Spitz AX combines a Quectel RM520N-GL 5G modem with a MediaTek Filogic 820 router, dual nano-SIM slots, a 2.5 GbE WAN port and 8 GB of eMMC. It suits rural internet, RVs and backup connections.
Official OpenWrt runs on it, but setting up the 5G modem under OpenWrt takes extra packages and configuration compared with GL.iNet's firmware.
