Overview

Editorial opinion

The Archer AX80 v1 uses MediaTek's quad-core Filogic 830 with 4×4 Wi-Fi 6 on both bands, one 2.5 GbE port and four gigabit ports. It is a capable main router once OpenWrt is installed.

Installation currently requires a serial console (UART) and TFTP, plus setting some bootloader variables, so it is for experienced users.
